RDS Announcement: NCR has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Retalix.

Retail Data Systems, the nation’s largest provider of Grocery, Hospitality and C-Store POS technology solutions, is pleased to share that NCR has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Retalix (StoreNext), manufacturer of ISS45 and ScanMaster software.
